What arrives
The object, not the render.
- The tube
8 mm LED silicone, one gauge throughout. It is the reason we only offer faces with an even stroke — a tube cannot taper, so a letterform with thick and thin strokes cannot be bent.
- The backing
Clear acrylic, cut to the shape of your words rather than a rectangle behind them. Off, it reads as an outline on the wall.
- Power
A 12 V plug-in adapter and a switch on the lead. No wiring, no electrician, and it draws less than a lightbulb.
- Heat
It runs cool. You can hold it while it is on, which is the one thing real glass neon can never say.
- Mounting
Pre-drilled with screws and spacers to stand it off the wall, so the light gets behind it. It can hang instead if you would rather not drill.
- Where it goes
Indoors. It is not sealed for weather, and a covered porch is not the same thing as a dry one.
Worth knowing
Two things before you ask.
It is LED neon — flexible tubing on a clear acrylic backing, not bent glass. It survives being posted, it runs cool, it costs a fraction of the real thing, and at night across a room you cannot tell.
We can’t make someone else’s logo, a band’s artwork, or a character from a film or a game. Not a policy we invented — it is their trademark, and a sign of it isn’t ours to sell. Your own name, your own words and your own business are all fine — and if the logo you’re sending is your own company’s, say so on the form and it goes straight to a quote.
